イスラエル軍兵士が、ヨルダン川西岸のパレスチナ人を監視する
イスラエル・テルアビブの商業施設「サロナ・マーケット」のカフェで6月8日、2人の男が銃を乱射し4人が死亡した事件を受けて、イスラエル軍は9日、パレスチナ自治区のヨルダン川西岸に数百人規模の部隊を増派すると発表した。アルジャジーラなどが報じた。
イスラエル軍は「情勢判断に従って」さらに2大隊をヨルダン川西岸に増派すると述べた。
また、イスラエル軍はパレスチナ人8万3000人がイスラエルに訪問する許可や、西岸地区のパレスチナ人がガザ地区にラマダンのお祝いのために訪問する許可を取り消した。銃乱射事件への報復措置とみられる。
8日の銃乱射事件では、カフェにいた客4人が死亡、5人が負傷した。容疑者の2人はヨルダン川西岸地区のヘブロン出身だという。
サロナ・マーケットの監視カメラには、銃乱射の瞬間を捉えた映像が残されている。
