日中韓「歴史を直視し未来へ」 3年半ぶり首脳会談

日本、中国、韓国は1日、約3年半ぶりとなる3カ国首脳会談で、交渉が難航している日中韓自由貿易協定(FTA)の交渉を加速し、朝鮮半島の非核化に向け、北朝鮮に6カ国協議への復帰を求めることで合意した。

[ソウル 1日 ロイター] - 日本、中国、韓国は1日、約3年半ぶりとなる3カ国首脳会談で、交渉が難航している日中韓自由貿易協定(FTA)の交渉を加速し、朝鮮半島の非核化に向け、北朝鮮に6カ国協議への復帰を求めることで合意した。安倍晋三首相と中国の李克強首相、韓国の朴槿恵大統領が共同宣言を採択した。

会談では「歴史を直視し、未来に向かって進む精神」との認識のもとで協力関係を構築することを確認。共同宣言には、3カ国によるFTA交渉の進展へ努力することや、朝鮮半島の緊張を高めるあらゆる行為に反対すると同時に、北朝鮮を念頭に、核開発をめぐる6カ国協議に復帰するよう促す文言も盛り込んだ。

首脳会談は同日午後2時からソウルの青瓦台で始まり、約1時間半で終了した。会談後の記者会見で、安倍首相は「非核化に向けた具体的な行動を取るよう3カ国の首脳レベルで連携し、強く促すことが確認できたのは大きな成果」と語った。中国の李首相、韓国の朴大統領に対して拉致問題への協力を要請したことも明らかにした。

日中韓の3カ国会談は08年から毎年開催してきたが、尖閣諸島の国有化に伴う日中の関係悪化で開催できない状況が続いていた。会談で、3首脳は定期的な協議の場を設けるとともに、来年、日本で会談を開催することでも一致した。

中韓首脳、FTA年内発効方針を確認

[ソウル 31日 ロイター] - 韓国の朴槿恵大統領と中国の李克強首相は10月31日、自由貿易協定(FTA)を年内に発効する方針を確認した。韓国側が明らかにした。

今年6月に署名された中韓FTAをめぐっては、韓国議会で審議が始まり、中国の農産品や水産品が国内市場に開放されることを懸念する野党からの厳しい質問が見込まれる。また、中国の全国人民代表大会(全人代、国会に相当)もFTA承認には至っていない。
