日本マクドナルドといえば、2014年の鶏肉偽装や2015年の異物混入の問題が発覚して以降、業績が低迷してきたが、新メニューの「おてごろマック」が累計5000万食を突破するなど復活の兆しが見えてきている。
そんな中で、マクドナルドの店員が客からの注文に、笑顔満点で応対した動画が5月24日にTwitterに投稿された。日本マクドナルドの公式アカウントもリツイートするなど話題になっている。
