北朝鮮の金正男氏殺害事件で、長男のハンソル氏とみられる人物が「父は殺された」と話す動画が3月8日、YouTubeで公開された。
動画は約40秒。ハングルで「北朝鮮の人々へ」と説明がされている。
男性は英語で、自分の名前が「キム・ハンソル」で、金ファミリーの一員だと述べた。金正恩氏ら北朝鮮の指導者一族であることを指しているとみられる。
そして「父は数日前に殺された。母と妹は一緒にいる」と述べている。
男性は動画の中でパスポートを提示した。画像は粗いがパスポートの表紙からは、文字数などから「朝鮮民主主義人民共和国」の「旅券」という文字が推察できる。しかし身分証明のページは黒く塗りつぶされていて確認できない。動画内でも、口元や音声を加工して判別できない部分がある。
動画のアカウントは「KHS Video」となっている。「千里馬民防衛」（Chollima Civil Defense）というハングルが確認できるが詳細は不明だ。

北朝鮮の人権改善を支援するこの団体はホームページで、以下のように説明した。
先月、金正男殺害後、家族から助けが必要だとの要請が来ました。急いで彼らと会い、安全な場所に移動させました。ほかの北朝鮮人も、要請が受けて脱出を何回も実行しました。金正男の家族の現在の行方や脱出過程についての内容はこれ以上公開しません。
緊急の時期に一家族の人道的な待避を支援したオランダ政府、中国政府、アメリカ政府とある無名の政府に感謝の意を表します。また北朝鮮の体制内で支援した同僚たちに感謝の意を表します。
突然、支援要請した我々に迅速に応答していただいた駐北朝鮮・駐韓国のエンブレフツ・オランダ大使に特別な感謝を申し上げます。エンブレフツ大使は人権と人道主義を長きにわたって追求してきたオランダの原則的な立場を立証されました。
今回の人道的な待避要請を断ったいくつかの政府に遺憾の意を表します。しかし歴史の正しい方向へ立つ多くの方々に、我々は深い感謝の気持ちを伝えます。
