■最低入札価格は25万円

「Yahoo!官公庁オークション」に出品されたのは、商標登録番号が第5106735号の「黒夢」と、第533971号の「KUROYUME」。前者は、音楽の演奏や、レコードやネットで使われる音楽ファイルや画像ファイル、まくら、マットレスなど様々な商品に「黒夢」の商標を使う権利。後者は「衣服や履物」にKUROYUMEの商標を使う権利となっている。

入札権の申し込みは9月9日に締め切られており、実際の入札は23日から26日に行われる。最低入札価格は「黒夢」が25万円と、「KUROYUME」が3万8000円だ。

東京国税局は、ハフポスト日本版の電話取材に「個別の案件には答えられませんが、一般論として、こうしたケースは税金滞納による差し押さえの例がほとんどです」と話している。

■清春が代表を務める会社が商標を保有していた

特許情報プラットフォームによると、「黒夢」と「KUROYUME」の商標権は、有限会社フルフェイスレコードが所有している。2011年の本人の声明によると、同社は黒夢のボーカルである清春(本名:森清治)が代表取締役を務めている。

商標権を第三者が購入した場合には、「黒夢」のバンド活動に影響が出る可能性が出てきた。「黒夢」のCDを発売しているエイベックス・ミュージック・クリエイティヴの担当者は「現在、弊社では黒夢との専属契約は解除しており、詳細は不明です」と回答している。

■激しいギター・ロックで人気を集める

タワーレコードによると「黒夢」は、1994年にシングル「for dear」でメジャーデビューした。イギリスのパンクロックにも似た、社会に対する不満をぶちまけた歌詞と激しいギター・ロックで若者たちに人気を博したが、99年1月に無期限の活動停止を宣言。その後、清春はSADSを結成した。

活動停止10年目となる2009年1月に、一夜限りの復活ライブをした。その後、2010年1月、活動再開を表明。2011年11月、再結成後初となるアルバム「Headache and Dub Reel Inch」をリリースした。公式ブログによると、現在のメンバーはボーカルの清春と、ベースの人時(ひとき)となっている。
