森岡正博さん、大阪府立大について「橋下氏が知事だったときにかき回された。許せん」【大阪都構想】

哲学者で早稲田大学人間科学部教授の森岡正博さんが、大阪都市構想を進める橋下徹氏に対して、Twitterで怒りを爆発させている。

哲学者で早稲田大学人間科学部教授の森岡正博さんが、大阪都構想を進める橋下徹・大阪市長に対して、Twitterで怒りを爆発させている。橋下氏が大阪府知事だったときに、森岡さんのかつての職場、大阪府立大から文系学部が無くなったのだという。

大阪府立大は、大阪府立大学と大阪女子大学、大阪府立看護大学の大阪府立の3大学を統合し、2005年に創設された。橋下氏は大阪に大阪市立大と大阪府立大の2つの公立大学が存在することについて、大阪府と大阪市の二重行政の弊害と指摘。2012年に大阪府立大は、それまでの7学部28学科から、4学域13学類に再編された。

この再編について、試算では大学院生を含む学生数約7900人が最大で千人程度、教職員約720人が70人程度、それぞれ削減され、府から受けている年108億円の運営費交付金が約90億円に圧縮できるとされていた。改革案には各学部の教授や、卒業生らが反対した。卒業生らは現在でも「比較的安い学費で学ぶことができる大阪の高等教育機関はいまでも他に比べて少ないのに、これ以上削減することは、府民、市民、国民、なによりも受験生の願いに反する」と訴えている

森岡さんは当時を振り返り、「外からグジャグジャにかき回されたときに同僚たちがどうなったか、それへの個人的な怒り」とツイートした。

橋下氏が進める大阪都構想では、大阪府立大と大阪市立大は統合される。府と市が議論のために作成した資料には、府立大・市立大のそれぞれの学部の偏差値なども明示した内容が含まれている

森岡さんはこれらの議論についても、次のようにつぶやいている。
