このCDボックスでは、1985年のデビュー・シングル「C」から1999年の最新シングル「adore」までの39枚のシングルを再現した。シングルレコードの大きさのパッケージで復刻。CDシングルの楽曲については、レコード風にデザインし直した。

このほか、デジタル配信限定でリリースされていた「STARDUST」「Lagrimas Negras」「キミがいるから」を収めたCD。これまでのライブ映像からシングル曲のパフォーマンスをピックアップした特典DVDが入っている。価格は、税別3万6000円。

また、歌手デビューした「C」が発売された6月21日には、中山美穂本人がステージで着用していた衣装を集めた展示会を、東京・江戸川橋のoto no ha Cafe（オトノハカフェ）で開催する。入場無料。午前11時から午後4時まで。
