【北朝鮮ミサイル予告】日本は迎撃態勢、イージス艦・PAC3を配備(画像)

北朝鮮が「人工衛星」の打ち上げと称して事実上の長距離弾道ミサイル発射を予告したことを受け、防衛省は3日、東シナ海などに海上自衛隊のイージス艦を配備することを明らかにした。

北朝鮮が「人工衛星」の打ち上げと称して事実上の長距離弾道ミサイル発射を国際機関に予告したことを受け、防衛省は2月3日、ミサイルが通過する可能性がある東シナ海などに海上自衛隊のイージス艦を配備することを明らかにした。また中谷元防衛相は同日、自衛隊に破壊措置命令を新たに発令したことを公表した。時事ドットコムなどが報じた。

飛行コースは2012年12月のミサイル発射と類似し、ミサイルが南西諸島上空を飛行すると予想されることから、空自の地対空誘導弾パトリオット(PAC3)を沖縄県の那覇基地と知念分屯基地(南城市)に配備。石垣島と宮古島にもPAC3を配置する方針だ。

落下物での被害が出た場合に備え、危険物の除去や救護活動を行う陸自部隊も展開する。12年同様、沖縄本島とその周辺で待機するとみられる。ミサイル発射後、日本の領域に落ちる可能性が確認できれば海上配備型迎撃ミサイルSM3が大気圏外で迎撃。撃ち損じても、十数キロ上空でPAC3が撃ち落とす。

安倍晋三首相は3日の衆院予算委員会で、北朝鮮の発射予告について「実際は弾道ミサイル発射を意味するものだ。明白な国連安保理決議違反で、我が国の安全保障上の重大な挑発行為だ」と非難した

政府は、アメリカなど関係各国と緊密に連携し、北朝鮮への圧力を強める姿勢を前面に打ち出した。国連安全保障理事会の追加制裁の議論をにらみつつ、日本独自の制裁強化などで、これまで以上に強い姿勢で臨む構えだ。安保理による追加制裁は中国が慎重姿勢を崩しておらず決まっていない。

北朝鮮が「人工衛星打ち上げ」と称して設定したミサイル発射期間は2月8~25日だが、16日の故金正日総書記の誕生日までの実施が有力視されている。国威発揚と結束を図るという見方もあるという。
