北朝鮮は2月7日、事実上の弾道ミサイルの発射実験とみられる長距離ロケットを発射した

これに関連して北朝鮮は、2月7日午後0時30分から、国営朝鮮中央テレビで「特別重大報道」を放送した。国家宇宙開発局が、「光明星-4」号の打ち上げに成功したと発表している。朝鮮中央通信も同様の内容を伝えた。

朝鮮中央通信は、金正恩第1書記が2月6日に、発射命令を出したとも伝えている。

朝鮮中央通信が伝えた発表の全文は以下の通り。

朝鮮民主主義人民共和国国家宇宙開発局の科学者、技術者たちは、国家宇宙開発5カ年計画により、新たに研究開発した地球観測衛星「光明星-4」号を軌道に進入させることに完全に成功した。

運搬ロケット「光明星」号は、主体105(2016)年2月7日9時に平安北道鉄山郡西海衛星発射場から発射され、9分46秒後の9時09分46秒に、地球観測衛星「光明星-4」号を軌道に正確に進入させた。

「光明星-4」号は97.4度軌道傾斜角で、近地点高度494.6km、遠地点高度500kmの極軌道を回っており、周期は94分24秒だ。

「光明星-4」号には地球観測に必要な測定機材と通信機材が設置されている。

「光明星-4」号発射の完全な成功は、偉大なる朝鮮労働党の科学技術重視政策の輝かしい結実であり、自主的な平和的宇宙利用の権利を堂々と行使し、国家の科学技術と経済、国防力を発展させていくのに画期的な出来事となる。

太陽朝鮮の最大の民族的名節である「光明星節」が日々近づく2月の、澄んだ青い空に刻まれた主体衛星の麗しい飛行雲は、我が国の宇宙科学者、技術者たちが、偉大なる金正恩同志と、尊厳高い我が党、我が国家と人民に捧げる、最も清らかな忠誠の情の産物だ。

朝鮮民主主義人民共和国国家宇宙開発局は、偉大な朝鮮労働党の科学技術重視政策を高く掲げ、これからも主体の衛星をさらに万里の空に打ち上げるだろう。
