カメラマンのアレクセイ・ドルジーニンが、9月5日の中国でのG20サミットで、2人が敵意むき出しでお互いを睨み合っているかのような様子を写真に収めた。その後すぐに投稿サイト「Reddit」で、このスナップ写真をめぐって、猛烈なフォトショップバトルが始まった。
