過激派組織「イスラム国」関係者とみられる人物が2月1日未明（日本時間）、人質として拘束していたジャーナリスト後藤健二さんらしき男性を殺害する動画を公開した。

ネット上では、#kenjigoto #RIPのハッシュタグを付けて、後藤さんを称えるとともに、動画やオレンジ色の囚人服姿ではなく、後藤さんがジャーナリストとして活動していた頃の画像を掲載するように呼びかけている。

英雄は臆病者に殺された！

シリアで後藤健二の酷い映像が公開された。イスラム国によって首を斬られた動画だ。彼のことを決して忘れてはならない。

勇敢なジャーナリスト、後藤健二をこのように追悼する。

後藤健二はこのように追悼されるべきだ。

後藤健二は永遠に生き続ける。イスラム国は決して勝利しない。
