北朝鮮の金正男氏殺害事件で、新たに3人の北朝鮮籍の男が関与していると発表された。

マレーシア警察のタン・スリ・カヒド・カリド長官が2月22日、記者会見で明らかにした。現地紙ザ・サンが伝えた内容によると、一人は北朝鮮国営の航空会社、高麗航空の職員のキム・ウギル容疑者(37)、もう一人は駐マレーシア北朝鮮大使館の2等書記官、ヒョン・クァンソン容疑者(44)。もう一人はリ・ジウ容疑者(30)で、マレーシア国内に潜伏しているとみられる。

事件には、これまでに計7人の関与が明らかになっていた。このうち、実行犯のベトナムとインドネシア国籍の女2人と、2人を犯行に誘ったとみられる北朝鮮籍の男の計3人が逮捕されている。犯行を指示したのは北朝鮮籍の男4人は、すでに北朝鮮に帰国したとみられるという。カリド長官は「北朝鮮大使館に対し、大使館職員と高麗航空職員への事情聴取と、捜査への協力を求めている」と述べたほか、4人の追跡捜査に協力も求めた。

■実行犯の女2人、毒殺に関与を知っていた?

カリド長官はまた、実行犯として逮捕されたについて、「布で金正男氏の顔をぬぐい、実行後に自分たちの手を洗うように指示されており、実際そのようにした」として、「いたずらだと思って参加した」との当初の供述とは異なり、毒殺に関与した認識が明確にあったとの見解を示した。

また、金正男氏の長男ハンソル氏が身元確認のためマレーシアに入国したとの情報については「DNAサンプルの提供を申し出た家族は誰もいない」と否定した。

■韓国では「私たちも似たような歴史があった」

大使館員も関与して、海外で重要人物の殺害を狙ったとみられる金正男氏殺害事件の構図が明らかになった。韓国では朴正熙大統領の軍事独裁政権下で1973年に起きた金大中拉致事件との類似性を指摘する声が上がった。

韓国の丁世鉉(チョン・セヒョン)元統一相は2月20日のインターネットメディア「OhMyNews」とのインタビューで「私たちが金正恩の異母兄を殺すことについて非難できる立場でもないと思う。私たちも似たような歴史があったから」と話した。

1973年8月9日、警視庁麴町署に設置された特別捜査本部

金大中拉致事件は1973年8月8日、東京・九段下のホテルグランドパレスから、来日中の韓国の野党政治家・金大中氏(のちの大統領)が拉致され、5日後に韓国・ソウルの自宅前で発見された。捜査でホテルの部屋から一等書記官・金東雲の指紋が発見されたが、金は警視庁の出頭要求を拒否して帰国。日本の主権侵害を巡る外交問題に発展した。韓国政府は2006年に、情報機関(KCIA)の組織的犯行だったとする報告書をまとめた。

丁氏は、事件直前の大統領選挙で金大中氏が朴正熙大統領と大接戦を演じたことで、朴大統領らが政敵の除去に動いたとの見方を示し「失敗したからよかったものの、1973年、金大中拉致事件が民主主義国家で起きただろうか」と言い、「権力を奪われるかもしれないと考え、あんな無慈悲なことをした」「幸い、アメリカが助けたため、金元大統領はあの世の人にならずにすんだ」と述べた。

また「東ベルリン事件(1967年、西ドイツや欧米に滞在中の韓国人留学生や住民を「北朝鮮と接触した」という理由でスパイ容疑で強制送還した事件)、金炯旭(キム・ヒョンウク)拉致事件(朴正熙大統領の側近だった情報機関幹部が1979年にパリで失踪した事件)、金大中拉致事件などを(金正男暗殺と)同様の文脈で理解しなければならないのではないか」と付け加えた。さらに「李承晩・初代大統領も、政敵をどれほど多く除去したか。合法的な方法で除去したものもあった」として「金九先生が(暗殺されたのも)疑いはそういうやり方ではなかったか」と説明した。

しかし、鄭氏の発言に韓国政界は一斉に反発した。聯合ニュースによると、自由韓国党(旧・セヌリ党)と「正しい政党」(セヌリ党から分裂)は21日、鄭前長官の発言を問題視した。

自由韓国党は報道官のコメントで「世界に類を見ない3代独裁のために叔父と異母兄などの親族も残酷に除去してしまう金正恩政権を大韓民国と比較したのは、まったく納得しにくい言動」と批判した。正しい政党も「大韓民国の歴史と反人倫的蛮行を続ける金正恩政権を同一視している鄭氏の主張は、私たちの歴史を否定する、非常に不適切な発言だ」と指摘した。野党「国民の党」も論評で「鄭氏は、北朝鮮の暗殺を正当化し、金正恩政権を民主化以前の大韓民国の歴史と同一視する認識で、国民を不快にしている」と批判した。
