「金正男氏暗殺、北朝鮮は5年前から狙っていた」 韓国情報機関「金正恩氏の性格のせい」

北朝鮮が金正男氏の暗殺に踏み切った理由についても述べた。

2月13日にマレーシアの空港で死亡した北朝鮮・金正恩委員長の兄・金正男(キム・ジョンナム)氏について、韓国の情報機関は、北朝鮮当局が「5年前から金正男氏の暗殺を狙っていた」との見方を示した。

国家情報院の李炳浩(イ・ビョンホ)院長は2月15日、国会情報委員会の懇談会に出席して発言した。聯合ニュースが、懇談会に出席した野党議員の話として伝えた内容によると、李院長は、中国が金正男氏の身辺保護をしていたのかとの質問に「していた」と答えた。

また、中国との関係悪化が予想されるにもかかわらず、北朝鮮が金正男氏の暗殺に踏み切った理由について「(金正恩委員長の)性格のせいではないか」「それがこの日、行われたに過ぎない」と述べたという。

金正男氏は事件の1週間前にマレーシアに到着し、家族のいるマカオに戻る予定だったとみられる。また、行方不明になっていると伝えられる金正男氏の長男、ハンソル氏について、国会情報院は「マカオにいると聞いている」とした。

金正男氏は、日本人記者に対し、北朝鮮の権力世襲を批判し、改革・開放政策への転換を主張していた。しかし国家情報院は、金正恩氏が権力を掌握した後の2012年に、金正男氏が「助けてくれ」と懇願する書簡を正恩氏に送っていたことを確認したとしている

韓国政府は15日午前、緊急の国家安全保障会議(NSC)を開催した。黄教安・大統領権限代行は「北朝鮮の政権によって行われたことが確認されれば、金正恩政権の残虐性と反人道的な面を示す事例」として「はなはだ重大だという認識のもと、北朝鮮の動向を鋭意注視している」と述べた
