2016年1月、1枚の写真がTwitter上をかけめぐった。33歳のロシア人男性、ローマン・ブールツェフさんを写したものだ。
写真をツイートしたのはロシア国内のニュースなどを英語で紹介するサイト「イングリッシュ・ロシア」のアカウント。投稿にはブールツェフさんが俳優・レオナルド・ディカプリオに「そっくり」であることが書かれ、これを見た人からも「似ている」「（ディカプリオの）ドッペルゲンガーではないか？」といった驚きの声が上がった。
BuzzFeedによれば、ブールツェフさんの現職は警備員で、現在、モスクワで上映中のショー「ロマンス・ウィズ・ディカプリオ」に出演するなど、有名俳優の「そっくりさん」として露出することについては意欲的な様子だ。このショーでは「レヴェナント: 蘇えりし者」や「タイタニック」といったディカプリオ主演作の有名シーンを、ブールツェフさんが再現するという。
