アクリフーズ群馬工場、複数の従業員の靴から農薬「マラチオン」検出

食品大手マルハニチロホールディングス傘下の「アクリフーズ」群馬工場で製造された冷凍食品から農薬「マラチオン」が検出された問題で、複数の従業員の靴から、マラチオンなど複数の薬品成分が検出されたことが分かった。

マラチオンは殺虫剤として使用されるが、アクリ社などによると、同工場でマラチオンは使用されておらず、工場内の清掃などには別の薬品が使われていたという。

従業員は作業の際、私物の靴ではなく専用の靴に履き替えていたといい、県警は、何者かが外部から工場内に持ち込んだマラチオンを食品に混入させた際に付着した可能性があるとみて、慎重に経緯を調べている。

47NEWSによると、群馬県警は業務妨害より罰則が重い流通食品毒物混入防止法違反罪の適用を視野に捜査を進めている。

同法は、食品企業が次々に脅迫された「グリコ・森永事件」をきっかけに1987年に制定された。適用されれば極めて異例となる。

県警は何者かが意図的に混入したとみて捜査。マラチオンは毒劇物取締法などで指定されていないが、冷凍コロッケから高濃度を検出し、子どもが一口食べただけで健康被害の恐れがあることから「毒物」に当たる可能性があるとみている。

一方、この工場の製品を食べて体調不良になった人は、全国で少なくとも1400人を超えたとMSN産経ニュースは伝えている。
