山中光茂・松阪市長、国を提訴へ「解釈変更は許されない」【集団的自衛権】

三重県松阪しの山中光茂(みつしげ)市長は7月3日、集団的自衛権の行使を認める1日の閣議決定は憲法に反するとして、違憲確認を求めて国を訴訟する方針を明らかにした。

山中市長は会見で、「愚かな為政者による解釈変更は許されない」などと以下のように語った。

山中市長は会見で「憲法の原点は武力による紛争抑止ではなく、徹底した平和主義。愚かな為政者による解釈変更は許されない」と述べた。市民団体の発足後は、シンポジウムなどを通じて閣議決定の違憲性を訴える。親交のある首長らにも協力を呼びかけているという。

今後は、訴訟に向けて市民団体「ピースウィング」を結成。Facebookなどを通じて賛同者を募り、1カ月以内に決起集会を開く予定だという。
