サッカーのスペイン1部リーグ、FCバルセロナに所属するネイマール選手が、スペイン検察から懲役刑を求刑された。AP通信などが報じた。
AP通信によると、スペイン検察は、2013年にネイマール選手がバルセロナに移籍した際に詐欺行為に関与したとして、禁錮2年と罰金1000万ユーロ（約12億円）を求刑した。実際より低い移籍金を公表し、詐欺や脱税に関与したとされている。ネイマール選手の他にも、ネイマール選手の父親や前バルセロナ会長のサンドロ・ロゼル氏も懲役刑が求刑された。
BBCによると、ネイマール選手の移籍に絡む脱税疑惑で、2016年6月にバルセロナはスペイン当局に約6億6000万円を支払うことで合意。しかし、9月にスペイン検察がそれを覆し、今回の求刑に至った。
ネイマール選手のチームメイトであるリオネル・メッシ選手も、2016年7月、バルセロナの地方裁判所から脱税容疑で禁錮21カ月を言い渡されている。
