北朝鮮、核の先制攻撃を示唆 米韓合同軍事演習に激しく反発

アメリカや韓国に対し「無慈悲な殲滅的打撃を加えられるよう、先制攻撃的な軍事的対応を取る」とする声明を発表した。

北朝鮮政府の最高機関にあたる国防委員会は3月7日、この日から始まる米韓合同軍事演習「キー・リゾルブ」「フォール・イーグル」に対抗する形で、アメリカや韓国に対し「無慈悲な殲滅的打撃を加えられるよう、先制攻撃的な軍事的対応を取る」とする声明を発表した。国営朝鮮中央通信が伝えた。

米韓合同軍事演習は毎年定例化されているが、2015年は韓国軍約30万人、アメリカ軍約1万5000人が参加し、過去最大規模で実施される

声明は、国連安全保障理事会による制裁決議と、それに続く米韓演習などの軍事的脅威に対抗して「尊厳あるわが共和国の自主権と安全を乱暴に侵害したあげく、我々の生存空間を核の惨禍に追い立てるアメリカと、その追随勢力の核戦争挑発の狂気に全面対応するため、総攻勢を仕掛ける」と述べた。

また、演習に北朝鮮首脳部を狙った「斬首作戦」担当の特殊部隊が参加すると批判し、以下のように先制攻撃の態勢が整っていると強調。アメリカや韓国が軍事的行動に出る場合は「その機会を逃さず、正義の統一聖戦で我が民族最大の悲願を成就する」と、韓国への軍事侵攻を示唆した。

南朝鮮の作戦地域内の主要打撃対象を射程圏内に置く攻撃手段が実戦配備され、アジア太平洋地域の米帝侵略軍基地と米本土を標的にする、強力な核攻撃の手段が恒常的に発射待機状態にある。今直ちに敵撃滅の発射ボタンを押せば、挑発の各本拠地をあっという間に火の海、灰燼にするであろう。
