パリ同時多発攻撃、多国籍が絡んだ犯行=検察

[パリ 14日 ロイター] - フランスの首都パリで13日発生した同時多発攻撃について同国の検察当局は14日、3つのグループを形成し連携して行った犯行との見解を示した。

国境をまたいだ捜査が進むなか、検察当局は今回の事件について、フランス国内のほか、中東、ベルギー、ドイツなど多国籍が絡んだ組織が関与したとみている。

オランド大統領は過激派組織「イスラム国」による「戦争行為」だと非難。イスラム国は犯行声明を出し、攻撃はフランスの軍事行動に対する報復だと表明。パリ中心部の各地に爆弾ベルトを身に着けたり、マシンガンを携帯したりした戦闘員を送り込んだとしている。

フランスは米国とともにシリアやイラクで、イスラム国への空爆に参加している。

今回の事件は13日夜、銃撃や爆弾によるレストラン、コンサートホール、スタジアムなどへの複数の襲撃がパリ市内各地でほぼ同時に発生。検察当局によると、129人が死亡、352人の負傷者が出ており、このうち99人が重体という。犯人のうち6人は自爆し、1人は警官に射殺された。8人目の実行犯がいるという情報もあるが、確認されていない。

オランド大統領は、フランス全土に非常事態を宣言し、警官隊を路上に配備。犠牲者を追悼するため国を挙げて3日間、喪に服す方針を示した。

ベルギー検察当局によると、パリの事件現場の1カ所で付近にあった車の捜査に絡んで同国で3人が逮捕された。一連の攻撃に使用された2台の車のうちの1台という。

また関係筋によると、死亡した犯人のうち1人はイスラム過激派と関連のあるフランス人で、当局が監視していた。

ドイツ南部のバイエルン州で今月、銃や爆発物を車内に所持していたとして逮捕された男も、今回の事件への関与が疑われている。

またギリシャ政府筋によると、犯人の1人あるいは2人が、シリアからの難民と共にトルコからギリシャを通過した可能性があるとしている。
