10月8日、東京・渋谷駅前のスクランブル交差点付近で「シロクマに首輪をつけて散歩をさせている女性がいる」という衝撃の目撃情報が続々と報告された。
ネット上では、人が入った着ぐるみか本物かをめぐって議論になっている。
実際には、ロシアの団体「LALSH」が行ったパフォーマンスだったようだ。9月16日に公開された動画の中でも「平和な日本に住んでいる人！私たちが与える恐怖であなたは平和な日常生活により感謝するようになる！」と予告していた。
Facebookの投稿によると、シロクマの真相は10月24日にJR新宿駅東口で行われるパフォーマンスで明らかにされるという。
