津南町歴史民俗資料館を見学される秋篠宮ご夫妻と悠仁さま＝３日、新潟県津南町
小学校の夏休みを利用し、秋篠宮ご夫妻と新潟県に滞在している長男の悠仁さま（9）＝お茶の水女子大付属小4年＝は8月3日、津南町の歴史民俗資料館や縄文文化の体験実習館を見学された。時事ドットコムなどが報じた。
午前１１時半すぎに同町の歴史民俗資料館に到着したご一家は、国の重要文化財に指定されている木材運搬用の山ぞりをはじめ、狩猟用具やわらじといった伝統的古道具を見学。午後は同町の「農と縄文の体験実習館なじょもん」で、町内で出土した土器や、縄文時代の竪穴住居を復元した屋外施設などを見て回った。

悠仁さまは、縄文時代の集落を再現した屋外の展示では、ご夫妻と一緒に茅ぶきの竪穴式住居の中に入り、「広いね」などと話していたという。
