中国・上海で開かれていた中国国際ロボット展に、「すみません」と謝罪する安倍晋三首相そっくりのロボットが登場していた。台湾の自由時報によると、この展示会は7月8日から11日まで、中国の国際コンベンションセンターで開催。安倍首相似の等身大ロボットは、何度も頭を下げる動作を繰り返していたという。
中国では、ロボットと一緒に自撮りする来場者の様子が動画でも報じられたが、ネットからは「間違っている」「モラルがない」などの抗議が多数出ていた。
