［イスタンブール １日 ロイター］ - トルコのイスタンブールで１日、銃などを所持し警察本部を襲撃しようとした男女２人が警官と銃撃戦になり、女が射殺され男は拘束された。地元メディアなどが報じた。
また同市ではこの日、与党・公正発展党（ＡＫＰ）の事務所に武装した男が押し入る事件が発生。前日には、反政府極左組織のメンバー２人が裁判所で検察官を人質に取る事件が起きた。
警察本部前で起きた事件について、イスタンブール当局は「警察本部が銃で狙われた。女のテロリストが銃撃戦で死亡した」と発表。女は銃のほか、手投げ弾も所持していたという。
検察官人質事件では、警察の特殊部隊が救出作戦を実行したものの、検察官と犯人２人が死亡した。
今のところ、一連の事件の関連は分かっていない。
