トルコ・イスタンブールの空港自爆テロ事件の実行犯はチェチェン出身か 死者は44人に

トルコの最大都市イスタンブールのアタチュルク国際空港で6月28日に起きた銃撃と3件の自爆テロ事件で、トルコ当局は30日、22人のIS(イスラム国)メンバーを拘束したと発表した。自爆テロの実行犯は、ロシア、ウズベキスタン、キルギスの出身で、ロシア国籍の容疑者は、ロシア南部のチェチェン共和国出身とみられる。

自爆テロ容疑者の体は爆発で損傷が激しく、身元判明は非常に困難だったが、医療チームが夜を徹した鑑定を続けて判明にこぎつけた。

トルコ警察はイスタンブールや西海岸のイズミルにあるISの隠れ家と疑われる場所を捜索し、トルコ人の他、外国人22人を拘束した。今回拘束された容疑者が、アタチュルク国際空港で起こった凄惨なテロ事件に直接関係があるかどうかについてはまだ明らかになっていない。

ISは公式の犯行声明を出していないが、トルコのビナリ・ユルドゥルム首相は今回の凄惨なテロ事件に関してISを強く非難した。

今回の自爆テロによる死者は44人、負傷者は238人に上った。犠牲者のうち19人はサウジアラビア、イラク、チュニジア、ウズベキスタン、中国、イラク、ウクライナ、ヨルダンなどの外国人が含まれていた。

負傷した238人のうち49人がまだ入院中で、銃撃や爆発で負ったケガの治療を続けている。

28日夜、イスタンブールのアタチュルク国際空港の自爆テロで亡くなった29歳のギュルセン・バハドュールさんの葬儀に参列する人たち。バハドュールさんはイスタンブールのイエニ・マハレシ・モスクの職員として勤務していた。

今回の自爆テロ容疑者は、3月22日にベルギーのブリュッセル空港と地下鉄マルベーク駅で32人が死亡したテロ事件の容疑者と同じく、タクシーで現場に到着した。

トルコのシリアの国境はここ数年、難民たちや強硬派の武装集団が比較的容易に行き来する「ジハーディ・ハイウェイ」と呼ばれてきた。

専門家たちは政府の不十分な対応を強く非難し、トルコはISの戦闘員に港を無防備に与え、物資の補給や戦争で荒廃したシリアに簡単にアクセスさせている、と警告した。

トルコは国境を封鎖し、国内のISの隠れ家を一斉捜索するなど取り締まりを強化し、ISはトルコを標的にしたテロ事件を起こすようになった。

トルコとアメリカの両政府は、今回のテロ事件が自爆テロや銃火器、国境付近で飛び交うカチューシャロケット砲などから、繰り返しトルコをターゲットに攻撃してきた過激派グループによる可能性が高いと結論づけた。これまでトルコ国内で発生したテロ攻撃は、主にクルド系の武装集団が警察や治安部隊をターゲットにしてきた。

多くのトルコ国民は、かつては観光地として栄えた自分たちの国が荒廃し、テロ事件が急速に増加する懸念を高めている。今回の自爆テロ事件では、多くの悲しみと怒りが巻き起こったが、中には慈善活動をする人たちもいた。

過激なイスラム原理主義を説き、世界中の宗教指導者たちから非難されているISは、イスラム教徒の男性や女性、子供たちを数多く殺害してきた。

トルコのレジェップ・タイイップ・エルドアン大統領は29日、「この凶悪なテロで命を落とした全ての人に、アッラーの祝福がありますように」と述べた。

「ラマダンが行われている最中の神聖な月に行われた今回のテロは、テロリズムは信仰や価値観に関係なく行われることを意味する。テロリストも、信仰や価値で犠牲者を選んでいるわけではない」と、エルドアン大統領は語った。
