ゴーン氏は「問題は技術ではなく法律だ。自動運転車に関する責任、とりわけ無人運転になった場合の責任の所在に関する議論がまとまっていない」と指摘した。

その上で、自動運転車で先行している日仏米の3カ国では、2018年に実用化される可能性があり、欧州全体では2020年ごろに市販されるようになるとの見方を示した。
