MERS感染者が増える韓国へ行くけど、どうすればいいの?と困っているあなたへ

発熱、咳、呼吸困難、のどの痛み、嘔吐、下痢などの症状が出た場合はすぐに医療機関へ。

MERS(中東呼吸器症候群)の感染者が韓国で増え続けている。6月5日にはさらに5人の感染と、すでに判明していた感染者1人の死亡が発表された。これで感染者は計41人、死者は4人となった。

4日に記者会見した朴元淳・ソウル市長は、MERSに感染した医師が、ソウルで約1500人が参加する行事に参加していたと明らかにし、混乱が広がっている。

こんな中「仕事や旅行で韓国に行くんだけど、どうすればいいの?」と思っている人も多いかもしれない。ハフポスト韓国版で紹介したMERS予防法を中心に紹介する。

1. 混雑した場所ではマスク着用を

唾液、分泌物などを介して感染する可能性があるので、地下鉄、バス、病院など混雑した場所では、マスクを必ず着用した方がいい。

2. こまめに手洗いを

外出時には必ず手洗いを。いつもよりこまめに、石鹸やアルコールを用いて30秒以上、手のひら、爪の間から手首までまんべんなく。

3.咳やくしゃみをする時は、手を口に近づけない。トイレットペーパーやハンカチがなければ、服の袖で口と鼻を覆う

4. ラクダとの接触を避ける。ラクダ油、ラクダ肉などの摂取も十分滅菌してから

5. 発熱、咳、呼吸困難、のどの痛み、嘔吐、下痢などの症状が出た場合は保健福祉部MERSホットラインへ

電話043-719-7777。韓国では感染症患者と診断されたにも関わらず入院を拒否したり、感染の恐れがあると判断されたのに隔離施設や自宅治療を拒否したりした場合、300万ウォン(約33万円)以下の罰金刑に処せられる可能性がある
