暑い夏の日に、アイスクリーム・コーンほどステキな食べ物はない。パーフェクトに盛れたアイスや、溶けて大変なことになっているアイスなど、夏にぴったりのアイスクリーム・アートを紹介しよう。
クレス・オルデンバーグのアイスクリーム彫刻は食べたくなる感じだ。ゲイリー・ベイスマンの「アイスクリームと子猫たち」はキュートだし、カレン・ホッブスの描いた「アイ・スクリーム（I scream「わたしは叫ぶ」とのひっかけ）シリーズに描かれた、アイスクリームを角にした子供は印象的だ。以下のギャラリーを見ていると、アイスクリームが食べたくなってくることだろう。
