ドイツの首都ベルリンで、ロシア系の13歳少女が拉致されて難民と思われる集団からレイプされたと訴えていた事件は、でっちあげであることが明らかになった。被害を訴えていた少女が話をでっち上げていたことを認めたと1月29日、検察当局が発表した。ガーディアンなどが報じた。

ドイツでは大みそかの12月31日、ケルンで難民が関与したとされる性的暴行の被害の訴えが相次いでいた。難民受け入れに対する反感が強まっていた矢先に報じられていたベルリンの事件だったが、作り話だったことが明らかになった。

■難民反対デモが激化。ロシアとの外交問題に発展していた

AFP通信によると、この少女は1月11日から翌日にかけて、30時間ほど行方が分からなくなった。帰宅後、市内の駅で「南の方から来た」という難民と思われる男3人に拉致されて性的暴行を受けたと警察に対して話していた。

しかし捜査の結果、少女はレイプ被害に遭っていなかったことが分かり、本人も作り話だったことを認めた。故障した携帯電話の記録を調べたところ、行方不明になったとされる夜、少女は19歳の知人男性と一緒にいたことが判明したという。検察の広報担当者は「少女は学校で問題を抱えていて知人男性の家に隠れたいと思っていたようだ」と話した。

CNNによると、ドイツではこのニュースが発端となって、ロシア系ドイツ人や極右グループによる難民反対デモに火が付いた。さらにロシアのラブロフ外相は、ドイツ当局が事実を隠ぺいしていると非難。ロシアとの外交問題にまで発展していた。
