大麻の陽性反応が2月に出ていたと相模原市、殺傷事件で容疑者の男

相模原市の障害者施設「津久井やまゆり園」で7月26日午前2時半すぎに発生し、19人が殺傷されるなどした事件で、殺人未遂容疑で逮捕された元職員の植松聖容疑者(26)について、相模原市は2月に入院先の病院で大麻の陽性反応が出ていたことを明らかにした。共同通信などが報じた。

本人のものとみられるTwitterには、「マリファナは危険ではない」と書かれた画像が使用されていた。

NHKニュースによると、植松容疑者は2016年2月18日、同園の勤務中に他の職員に対して「重度の障害者は安楽死させたほうがいい」などと話したことから、翌19日に施設が警察に通報していた。

また、その前の2月14日に植松容疑者は衆議院議長の公邸で手紙を渡そうとしていたことから、警察は「他人を傷つけるおそれがある」と判断し、市に連絡。これを受けて市は医師の診断の上で植松容疑者を措置入院させていた。大麻の陽性反応が出たのはこの措置入院の時で、2月22日に別の2人の医師が再度診断し、「大麻精神病」や「妄想性障害」などと診断された。しかし、症状がなくなったことなどを理由に、植松容疑者は3月2日に退院していた。
