ウクライナ情勢は「袋小路」、ロシアのプーチン大統領が警告
［モスクワ ９日 ロイター］ - ロシアのプーチン大統領は、東部などで親ロシア派と政府軍の戦闘が続くウクライナ情勢について「袋小路」に陥っている、と警告した。ウクライナ政府に対して、東部での軍事作戦を停止するとともに、親ロシア派支配地域に対して経済的な圧力をかけることを止めるよう要求した。
１１日に予定されている独仏露ウクライナ首脳会談の前に、エジプト紙とのインタビューに応じた。プーチン大統領はインタビューで、ウクライナ危機をめぐるスタンスを軟化させる兆しは一切見せなかった。
大統領は「安定化の最も重要な条件は、即時停戦と（ウクライナ政府が）『反テロ』の名目で展開している軍事作戦の停止だ」と強調。
その上で「ウクライナ政府は（東部）ドンバスに経済的な圧力をかけ、市民の日常生活を混乱させているが、これは状況を悪化させるだけだ。状況は袋小路に陥っている。先にあるのは破滅のみだ」と述べた。
欧米は、ロシア政府が親ロシア派に武器などを提供し、戦闘を激化させていると批判。ロシア側は、ウクライナ東部で政府軍と戦っているロシア人は「ボランティア」だと主張、武器提供疑惑を否定している。
