ISへの空爆強化へ フランスのオランド大統領が演説【パリ同時多発テロ】

[パリ 16日 ロイター] - オランド仏大統領は16日、パリ同時多発攻撃を受け、ベルサイユ宮殿で開いた上下両院合同会議で演説し、国境警備の強化や防衛費の拡大に加え、テロ対策関連法を強化する考えを表明した。

さらに、犯行声明を出した過激派組織「イスラム国」への空爆を強化するため、数日中にオバマ米大統領やプーチン・ロシア大統領と協議し、協力を求めるとした。

大統領は「フランスは戦争状態にある。しかし、われわれは文明同士の戦争に関与しているわけではない。なぜなら、こうした暗殺者らはいかなる文明も代表していないからだ」と指摘。その上で「フランスは世界全体を脅かすテロリスト集団を相手に戦っている」と語った。

捜査当局はこれまでに、同時攻撃を首謀した疑いがあるベルギー国籍のアブデルハミド・アバウド容疑者を特定。同容疑者は現在シリアにいるとみられる。

オランド大統領は「13日の戦争行為は、シリアで計画され、ベルギーで準備・組織された」と指摘。また、テロ直後に出した非常事態宣言の3カ月延長を議会に要請する方針も明らかにした。これにより、治安部隊は容疑者の捜索や拘束を行う広範囲な権限を得る。

[ベレク(トルコ) 16日 ロイター] - オバマ大統領は16日、20カ国・地域(G20)首脳会合が開催されたトルコ南部アンタルヤで記者会見し、パリ同時多発攻撃を「悲惨かつ痛々しい後退」と表現した。

大統領は「われわれは友人であるフランスとともに悲しみのうちにあるものの、これまでに状況が進展していることも忘れてはならない」と述べ、過激派「イスラム国」に対する米主導の有志連合の成果を強調した。

米地上軍の一段の投入については「間違いを犯すことになる」として難色を示した。
